Stybeck Farm

Came here four years ago, it took us too long to get back here. Fantastic location, peaceful, quiet with your own little garden space to sit in peace and look out over the beautiful scenery. Breakfasts are great and the hosts are fantastic. You feel like you've got your own little corner of the lakes and we love it here. Come and go and you please with no interruptions from anybody else. It's fantastic here and well worth it. Many thanks for another fantastic time. We will absolutely see you again. Elaine & Ian. Sunderland

I can't fault anything and you really can't. Though ive no doubt some people will but we all know that kind don't we.

It was lovely and quiet and remote

Location was excellent for walking hellvelyn and close to Keswick, the hut was very clean the double bed was comfortable, host was very friendly, welcoming and helpful

The toilet and shower were separate from the hut and shared

Quirky shepherd’s hut. Excellent location just underneath the hills, plenty of animals. Basic but romantic, something different. Owners very friendly and helpful!

The owner of the farm. Louise, was very accommodating and friendly. We had a spacious suite, which we really appreciated. The proximity to everything in the area was perfect. We also loved seeing the sheep and the shearing process. The location is beautiful, and I think it was our favorite place to stay in the UK!

Shower facility, water wasn’t very hot and the pressure very low, whilst I understand why there was a time limit of 5 minutes, the shower just switches off with no sound or beep when you have I.e. 1 min left etc, luckily we had £1 coins so we could actually have a shower!
