Don’t eat the breakfast. Doesn’t fit my diet requirements. No decaf coffee.

Decaf would be nice. But there is a MacDonalds next door.

Comfortable beds! Nice shower. The refrigerator worked great!! The TV channels had a great selection!! Better then some of the fancier hotels we have stayed in!! The hotel is alittle dated but the updates they have done have been done nicely!! And the room was clean!

No elevator!! I didn't see that mentioned til after we booked our room!! We went down for breakfast and someone had a BIG German Shepherd dog in the area where the food was!!! We skipped breakfast because of the dog!! (NOT a dog hater but am allergic!) Did not think it was appropriate for their dog to be where the food was. Don't want hair in my food either. No check out person either!

The location is great, and the room was a great value. Breakfast was basic, but very adequate and had enough choices. Just no meat or eggs. Staff on hand were helpful.

The AC worked, but somehow the room felt a bit humid. However this was in the midst of a huge rain storm and we kept the AC at 75, so probably not enough to dry out the air. The bed had only three pillows. For two people 4 would have been better. We came in late and didn't bother to ask for another. Otherwise it was quite comfortable and we slept well.

They had an ice machine in the hotel. They accept pets. The hotel looked nice from the outside. I could not find any bedbugs, but it is telling that I felt the need to look for them. My room was mostly clean. There was free WiFi.

I had more luggage than I could carry easily by myself while holding a dog leash, so I got a luggage cart. The doors to the hotel are not automatic, so, while holding onto a leash with one hand and opening a door with another, I had to push the cart through the door; there were two such doors I had to go thru. Only hotel clerk was in the lobby when I entered, but he did not look up or offer to hold door open for me. During my registration, he took payment for room upfront before I got room key. I thought this odd but paid anyway. If a hotel tries to charge you upfront, leave! After receiving my room key, I asked the clerk where the elevators were since my room was on the 2nd floor. He told me they didn't have elevators and directed me to the stairwell at the end of the hall, through yet another door that I had to push luggage cart through. Then I had to make 3 trips up and down the stairs with my luggage and my dog. AND the stairwells in this hotel are not airconditioned, and it was 95 degrees outside. When I got to my room, it was hot. The air conditioning was not turned on. I had to turn it on; room took about 1 hour to cool down. The mini fridge in room was off and hot, too. I had to switch that on as well. My dog kept sticking her head under the air conditioner, which sat about 4 inches off the floor. I immediately worried there was a dead mouse under there, so I got down on my hands and knees took a look. There was a sock, two small balls, something I could not identify (and I was not going to reach under to find out), and lots of dust bunnies. Given that the air conditioner sat about 4 inches off the floor, they should have easily been able to clean under it. The pillows were lumpy. Because of the service and conditions, I felt it prudent to check for bedbugs! Luckily, I found none. DON'T STAY AT THIS HOTEL. HOW DID THIS HOTEL GET A VERY GOOD 8.2.RATING? I don't know if I can trust Booking.com anymore.
