Riad Ksar Al Amal & Spa

We had the most amazing stay at Riad Ksar Al Amal. Staff was always available and ready to accommodate any wishes. The rooftop pool is a little piece of paradise. We even got a room as we were working from there one of the days of our stay. The location is perfect, really close to the Medina we actually just walked everywhere. Really recommend.

Abbiamo soggiornato tre notti a metà giugno. La scelta è stata perfetta per la posizione e la presenza della piscina. La struttura è molto bella. Tutto lo staff è gentilissimo e professionale. Il proprietario ci ha accolto dal primo momento come se fossimo a casa e si è reso disponibile a qualsiasi necessità. Consiglio assolutamente!

Great location, walking distance from the souks, close to a landmark, so easy pickup spot for taxis. Breakfast was great every day, really something to look forward to. The best staff, they made us feel really welcome and gave helpful tips.

The staff was lovely and went beyond their way to make us feel comfortable. The owners were very kind and present too. The breakfast was the best we had in Morocco. Everything was really clean and pleasent. Perfect Stay!

Après avoir voyagé dans de nombreux pays et séjourné dans des hôtels de toutes catégories, je peux affirmer que ce riad fait partie des plus belles expériences que nous ayons vécues. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis avec une gentillesse et un professionnalisme remarquables. Toute l’équipe est aux petits soins et anticipe le moindre besoin avec discrétion et efficacité. Le riad est absolument magnifique : une décoration raffinée, une propreté irréprochable et une atmosphère paisible et authentique qui permet de se ressourcer après l’effervescence de la médina. Chaque détail a été pensé avec goût. Notre chambre était élégante, confortable et parfaitement entretenue. Le petit-déjeuner est généreux, varié et délicieux, avec des produits frais de grande qualité. L’emplacement est idéal, à quelques pas du Palais Bahia et des principaux sites de la médina, tout en offrant un calme exceptionnel. Nous avons également profité du spa et de la terrasse avec piscine, qui ajoutent une véritable dimension de luxe et de bien-être au séjour. Ce riad est bien plus qu’un simple lieu d’hébergement : c’est une expérience authentique, chaleureuse et mémorable. Nous reviendrons certainement et le recommanderons à tous nos proches.

The riad is absolutely stunning, a lot of attention to details and we felt at home right from the start. It’s also very clean and the staff has been lovely too. We felt very much welcomed and well taken care of. Thank you!

I have nothing negative to say about the riad. The only thing I’d upgrade is maybe having a mini fridge in the room.

Personeel is super vriendelijk en helpen je met alles! Ook de locatie is heel goed gelegen, met een waanzinnig ontbijt!

Helaas viel onze kamer erg tegen. We hadden een benedenkamer, die dicht tegen de receptie zat. Dit was in de riad zelf, waardoor je geen buitenraam open kunt doen voor frisse lucht. De kamer rook helaas heel vochtig. Ook konden we het toilet niet doorspoelen in de ochtend en avond (als andere gasten van het hotel gingen douchen), aangezien dan het water van de riolering op de vloer kwam. Dit werd gelukkig wel iedere ochtend goed schoongemaakt.

7 nachten verbleven samen met mijn vriendin. De Riad is prachtig, het personeel is uiterst vriendelijk en het ontbijt is heerlijk waardoor het verblijf echt super is geweest.

De straat waar de Riad is gelegen kan soms als wat minder fijn worden ervaren wegens de onaangename geur en het afval dat er kan liggen. Na het betreden van de Riad is dit echter snel vergeten
