Todo genial ubicación genial a unos 10-15 minutos de la plaza Jemaa el Fna. Pero todo genial. Muy amables

Location is excellent and most of teh places are withing walking distance of about 15 minutes. Staffs are very polite and felt very welcome to the property. Eating places are also nearby.

Walking distance from the main road to the riad ( 2-4 minutes walk). The bathroom size was very small and the heating of the room didn't work.

Accueil très aimable et chaleureux, le riad est bien isolé du bruit de la ville et est très bien placé.La chambre que nous avons eu était petit mais très confortable. Le petit déjeuner est bon et copieux.

Esperienza veramente positiva. I ragazzi che gestiscono la struttura sono di una gentilezza unica, sempre disponibili e di una accoglienza veramente speciale. Le stanze sono pulitissime e dotate di tutto ciò che serve. Altro punto forte: la colazione!

We booked a 12 m² double room for 3 nights, but when we arrived the employee gave us a tiny single-person room that was so small we could barely fit inside as two people. We immediately went back to the counter and explained that the room was clearly too small for two people. The employee told us that he could maybe give us a “normal room” the next day, but not that night. What made the situation worse was that he tried to convince us that the normal room was not called a “double room” but a “private double room,” which sounded like an obvious excuse. He insisted that the tiny room we received was the one we had booked. I then showed him our reservation on Booking, where it clearly stated that we paid for a 12 m² room, and the photos shown were of a completely different room. After seeing this, he finally admitted that we were right, but said they had a “booking problem” and could not give us the correct room until the next day. We asked for the price difference for the first night to be refunded. He agreed at the time. However, on the checkout day, he told us that instead of refunding the difference, we didn’t have to pay the city tax because that supposedly covered the room difference. The problem is that we had already paid the city tax in advance through Booking, so this was not a refund at all. Overall, the experience was very disappointing. The staff lied to our faces, tried to mislead us about the room type, and handled the situation very poorly. Instead of being welcoming or honest about their mistake, they tried to avoid responsibility. I would not recommend this riad. The way the situation was handled felt dishonest and very unprofessional.
