Honestly such a positive experience. The price was very reasonable and the service was stellar. We were so impressed. 10/10 breakfast, the staff (Rashid and his cousin) were superb and they even gifted me Msemen (Moroccan “pancakes”) the day we left (having gone out and bought it themselves for me). There was complementary Moroccan tea every night too. I couldn’t rate the riad more highly. Wow.

The staff were very nice and helpful. The breakfast in the morning was lovely. The location is in a great spot where it’s close to everything but not in the middle of the souks.

Wonderful location with a friendly, welcoming staff. The riad was clean and comfortable. They serve an ample breakfast each morning. It is quiet and calm in the riad which is much needed after the hustle and bustle of Marrakech. We’ll stay again when we return.

1. Pozitia fata de toate atractiile turistice 2. Curatenie 3. Personal foarte amabil si receptiv. Am avut o experiență foarte plăcută la această proprietate. În primul rând, locația este excelentă, fiind foarte aproape de principalele atracții turistice, ceea ce a făcut deplasarea extrem de ușoară. Curățenia a fost impecabilă pe tot parcursul șederii, iar acest lucru a contribuit mult la confortul nostru. Un mare plus îl reprezintă personalul — extrem de amabil, receptiv și mereu gata să ajute. Ne-au oferit rapid tot ce am avut nevoie și ne-au dat recomandări utile despre locurile sigure de vizitat și momentele potrivite pentru a le explora. Orice solicitare din partea noastră a fost rezolvată prompt și cu profesionalism. Recomand cu încredere această locație și cu siguranță am reveni!

Staff were lovely and accommodating. Rooms had heating/AC (great as it was cold when we were there.) Nice traditional breakfast with eggs, breads, jam, honey, peanut butter, buns and tea in the morning. Thy even packed it to takeaway on a morning we had booked an early day trip at 7am. The Riad is located centrally for sightseeing the souks and walking around the Medina.

The rooms have no windows and were small but this could be the norm in most Riads

Alojamiento muy cerca de la medina y en el casco antiguo de Marrakech. Muy buen desayuno, suficientemente variado y en cantidad. Habitaciones funcionales y tranquilas donde descansar sin ruidos. Cerca de tiendas y sitios donde comer y comprar. Facilidad para encontrar taxis.

En esta zona de la ciudad son frecuentes los ROBOS y nos tocó sufrir uno, afortunadamente sin consecuencias físicas. De poco-nada sirve la presencia policial. Te quitan el bolso al tirón desde una moto (en nuestro caso se subió a la acera) y menos mal que la correa del bolso se rompió con facilidad, lo que evitó lesiones. IMPORTANTE: Si, como nos pasó a nosotros, pierdes el pasaporte has de desplazarte hasta Casablanca (3 h. de tren) para obtener el salvoconducto y poder volver a España... si tienes la suerte de que el consulado esté abierto. Agradecemos la ayuda del consulado honorario de Marrakech, pero éste no puede facilitarte este documento imprescindible para volver.

Beds were good. Would have liked hand towels and a hook in the bathroom.

Bellissimo riad in una zona molto carina, a 15 minuti da piazza Jemaa el-Fnaa. La colazione molto abbondante e deliziosa. Un grazie di cuore ai ragazzi che lo gestiscono, super accoglienti, generosi e pronti ad aiutarci. Ci hanno sempre offerto il the ogni qual volta che rientravamo, e ci hanno pure regalato un pacchetto quando siamo andati via. È stata una esperienza fantastica e torneremo sicuramente da loro! Super consigliato
