L’emplacement est idéal au cœur de la médina. Le lieu est très beau et le personnel très agréable.

La porte de notre chambre etait compliqué a ouvrir, manque de miroir dans la chambre et également le ménage aurait pu etre mieux fait dans la chambre.

"Magnifique et parfaitement situé"

Très beau Riad situé au centre. Il est parfaitement situé pour visiter la ville. La chambre était spacieuse, propre, avec des équipements parfaitement adaptés. L’accueil était chaleureux et de qualité durant les 3 jours où nous étions présents. Personnel au petit soin, également avec notre fille. Ils anticipent nos besoins (en amenant des serviettes à la piscine par exemple) Nous avons mangé au Riad (déjeuner et souper). Excellents repas marocain, service impeccable.

La piscine n’était pas chauffée car en panne. Nous avons eu l’impression de nous faire avoir lors de notre départ. Nous avons demandé un transfert vers un autre logement, en passant par le Riad. Nous avons payé 35 euros. Par après nous nous sommes rendus compte que le prix était plutôt autours de 15-20 euros lorsque nous avons repris des taxis.

The staff is absolutely amazing: friendly, professional, delicate. We ordered several sevices via Riad, and they arranged everything and made sure the processes run smoothly. Riad itself is very beautiful, aesthetic and clean. We've had a great time there, celebrating our birthday. It felt like home, and after 3 days we sadly leave it.

The way to Riad is quite complicated if you look for it on your own. However, we asked the riad to arrange a transfer, so we were welcomed and escorted to it by its staff. With heavy luggage it's even a more reasonable decision since they will assist you with it.
