Eine wunderschöne Oase in mitten der lebhaften Stadt Marrakesch. Die Lage ist für jeden Ausflug perfekt. Das Personal ist unglaublich hilfsbereit und erfüllt jeden Wunsch sofort...egal ob wie Unterstützung bei der Parkplatz suche gebraucht haben oder abends noch ein Glas Wein am Pool trinken wollten. Das riad ist unglaublich liebevoll gepflegt und unvergleichlich schön. Wir sind hier wirklich nach Hause gekommen und kommen gerne wieder.

Vielleicht insgesamt mal der Fernseher im Zimmer, aber das wäre jammern auf hohem Niveau!

"Wunderschönes Riad mit herausragendem Service und absoluter Wohlfühlatmosphäre"

Unser Aufenthalt im Riad Luciano & Spa war einfach perfekt, für uns eine klare 10/10! Das Riad ist wunderschön und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es ist relativ „groß“ (für ein Riad). Unser Zimmer war sehr großzügig, mit viel Platz, ausreichend Ablageflächen und eigenen Schränken, wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das außergewöhnlich freundliche und aufmerksame Personal. Man hat sich jederzeit bestens um uns gekümmert, ein herausragender Service. Das Riad ist eine echte Ruheoase mitten in der Medina von Marrakesch. Trotz der lebhaften Umgebung kann man hier komplett entspannen. Die Sauberkeit ist auf höchstem Niveau. Das Frühstück war sehr hochwertig und liebevoll, mit einer tollen Auswahl an Kaffeespezialitäten. Da wir früh abreisen mussten, haben wir sogar ein Frühstückspaket bekommen. Besonders aufmerksam fanden wir auch, dass uns der Nachtportier bis zur Straße begleitet und beim Taxi geholfen hat. Die Dachterrasse mit Bar ist groß und sehr schön. Die Lage ist zentral. Man läuft ein Stück durch die typischen Gassen, aber dank Google Maps und Beschilderung ist das Riad gut zu finden. Wir haben uns rundum sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen – absolute Empfehlung!

Un personnel aux petits soins Le petit déjeuner est très copieux et varié 2 passages dans les chambres par jour (rare pour être signalé !)
