I appreciate that it overlooked a field and that it was quiet at times; furthermore, I find the price reasonable and the deposit to be super low. At 1 o’clock in the morning, I encountered a disturbance caused by another consumer whose television was excessively loud, followed by an argument in the parking lot; however, the gentleman at the front desk promptly addressed the situation.

While I prefer to maintain a positive perspective, I must acknowledge that reviews are essential for improving procedures and the overall structure of a property; thus, I will outline my concerns: Upon arrival, I noticed the absence of a place to hang my dress and store my luggage, a hole in the shower wall, multiple cigarette stains on the bathtub in a room that was advertised as smoke-free, a sink that was not draining properly, a showerhead positioned too low, a soiled chair that required cleaning, and a large bug, approximately two inches in length, that necessitated the attention of an exterminator; additionally, the dip pan under the freezer and refrigerator was filled with water, causing a leak inside the refrigerator, and when I inquired at the front desk about the availability of an iron—which was missing from my room—the staff member's immediate request for my room number was puzzling, especially when she informed me that there was no iron on the property.
