Cape Ann Motor Inn

We went to Mon's Kitchen and 2 Sisters for breakfast . The view was exceptional and the walk over to Pebble Beach was satisfying. We enjoyed the Hammond Castle Museum and the quarry at Halibut Pointe State Park. The seafood was delicious.

The congested roadways and the trip out from the hilltowns of Western MA. A three hour trip took 4:hours because of accidents and what looked like a drug bust including a dozen police cars surrounding one pickup truck. Let's pray it was ICE. The neighbors were noisy late into the night on Sunday night but quiet on Monday night when we were able to get a better night's sleep.

Sweet little motor Inn, not fancy and very comfy, great location and great staff.

Loved the location, looking over the water and hearing the surf.

There could be an elevator or a luggage shuttle of some sort. We left our big luggage in the car because we didn’t want to carry it up all three stairs. Either that or some kind of a porter service.

Everything !! The staff was so friendly . The view is incredible. It is a dog friendly hotel and beach so if you love pups this is your place. The donuts in the morning was an unexpected bonus . This was a passing through stop for is but I Wish I knew how nice this place was and I would have made it a point to spend more time here . We will definitely be back

This is not beach view this is beach front. Great place friendly staff overall great trip. A lot to do in the area as well

If you want to be on the beach this is it. The clear Water is in protected area so good for the kids as well
