The location was perfect. The view was so beautiful. I highly recommend this place. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. I woke up to watch the sunrise on the ocean - it doesn't get much better than that.

I cant really think of anything. Maybe no elevator? But that really wasn't an issue for me though.

Staff are very accommodating and friendly Rooms were clean Ocean view superb Best location Also love coffee and donuts! Love the food cart too!

It is just that the bed was too soft for my back issues

"An absolute gem on the coast, I will be back!"

This place is a gem! I planned a vacation for Salem and wanted the coastal experience.. ended up visiting Rockport and Gloucester and loving it more than I expected. Slept with the cool breeze and sound of the ocean.

This is an older property, but I think it adds to its charm. The stairs are steep and tricky (as I discovered most are in New England) so if mobility is a problem for you, book the first floor.
