"Needs a big overhaul. A team of professional cleaners in and it would be better."

Was easy to find

Room was very dirty. Needed a good deep clean. Walks were half painted. Fridge was missing all the shelves. Missing cutlery and crockery. Wifi didn’t work at all. When we enquired we were told it was because they were fully booked. But once everyone left it still didn’t work.
