Friendly staff, cozy and comfy place to stay!

Fruit options at breakfast weren't great and coffee wasn't ready at 8am.

Relatively quiet location with friendly and welcoming staff. While the room was a bit dated, it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. There's ample parking available, with large trees providing nice shade. The property advertised complimentary fruit and pastries from 8 to 10 am., but unfortunately, none were available on our second day—though coffee and tea were still offered. The ice machine is conveniently located near the stairway at the far end of the property. Wi-Fi was extremely weak in our room (#18), so I had to walk closer to the office to get a reliable signal. Overall, it was a pleasant and decent stay. The new owner was friendly—wishing them the best of luck moving forward!

The mattresses were too soft and definitely old. I wish the blackout curtains provided better coverage, especially for an east-facing window where the morning sunlight comes in directly.

The complimentary breakfast was so yummy, very tasty muffins, fruit and coffee. There are adjoining rooms if you ever need them. Rooms are cleaned daily. Loved the landscaping, very pretty. Also, there are chairs where you can sit on in the front yard. While we didn't use the beach there is walkable access and towels are provided. We played pickle ball on the tennis courts. Loved this location as it is a short walk into town, there is the Pioneer Store that is stocked with everything you might need, coffee shop and other local stores. Loved being able to walk to the Mink River Basin for dinner, drinks and arcade games!

I liked the location, the room was clean, comfortable and spacious, the A/C worked well, and the beds were comfortable.

When I checked in, the lady basically gave me the room key and didn't say much else. Same thing when I returned the key.
