Cigarette holes in everything, sheets were stained, towels had footprints, the room had bed bugs, even the curtains had moth holes. There was sharpie writing on the bathroom wall that had not even been attempted to be cleaned. If you get room 149 just sleep in your car.

their was no congenital breakfast as described on the page. we had only one pillow and set of towles, and was unable to get more. was given a room with no sheets the heater was broen and the microwave bearly worked. wasnt able to get a late checkout and found a used syringe on the bathroom sink

Clean, quiet, accommodating staff. I will stay here again.

This place was great. The location was perfect for what I wanted to do in Springdale and around the area. The restaurant right next to the front office was perfect. It has friendly staff, good food and I didn't have to drive to it. The front desk people were very nice and helpful when needed. The room was very clean and had a very comfortable bed with great pillows. The bar was awesome as well and so close to the room. No driving necessary. There is nothing to complain about at all. I will come back again for another stay.
