Executive Inn and Suites Springdale

Didn’t eat at restaurant. Location didn’t really fit for our stops

Location. Noisy late due to bar customers in parking lot

The lady that checked us in was very nice and efficient. It was a pleasure to do business with her.

The air freshener in the lobby was so strong it almost choked us, fortunately the aroma in our room was better. There was a huge brawl/fight with 20or more drunk men and women outside of our room. I was afraid that my vehicle was going to be hit by them as the fight was right in front of our room. I didn't report it simply because I didn't want them to find out it was us and retaliate. I do realize the hotel may not have had them as guests but I bet this isn't the first time something like this has happened. There should be some sort of security in place to prevent that many drinking and fighting in the parking lot. This was a public nuisance.

Friendly and helpful staff

There were bugs in the bed. Not bed bugs but bugs that should not have been.

I have stayed here several times while visiting my college kids. I love the location and the cleanliness of this facility.

The room was very clean and smelled very clean Staff was pleasant Would stay again

Could have used more towels and prolly could’ve gotten some if we would have called but we didn’t

Location relative to UA was good. The Flapjacks breakfast buffet was a good value with friendly staff.

The property includes a late night motorcycle bar from which drunken loud bikers stumbled out and repeatedly revved and stalled their bikes from 11:30pm until 1:45 am roughly every 20 minutes. Also the beds were metal and squeaked loudly and were completely worn out.
