"Straight to the point, clean, no frills."

There was a raccoon family that lives right in front of the suite. I would have tried to scurry into the room but my 4 year old was scared. I called the manager but he said they were not a big deal and promised to come but never showed.

The location is close to the event I was attending

It is filthy. The toilet doesn't flush and the fire alarm goes off when the air conditioner is turned on.
