Very friendly and helpful staff that went out of their way to help.

Location is great for skiing. Stayed here last year too. Staff always pleasant and helpful. Love their onsen facility. They provide breakfast and dinner and there is plenty of food- quality is a bit mixed at times

Tatami rooms are pretty tired. Need upgrading or at least some maintenance and paint. They are still functional and comfortable though.

the location was amazing right on the links of 2 ski resorts. 4 minuites walk to the closest slope and bus stop connecting the mountains the shared onsen facilities were great and they had parking and friendly staff.

food was buffet style. might be too basic for some traveller.

チェックイン時間が大分遅れてしまったのですがスタッフの方に対応して頂いて助かりました。

ゲレンデが近い

晩ごはんのバイキングが、品数少なくて不味くて高いです。温泉の泉質も不明。結局、５人家族二食付きで５万円。それだけと値打ちなし。
