Un peu bruyant le soir a cause de la musique du restaurant et également à noter que la piscine n est pas chauffée.
RUThe hotel is very beautiful, exactly as in the pictures. There is a heater in the bathroom which was extremely beneficial as the weather was chilly. The personnel is really helpful and efficient (Mohamed, you are the best! Congratulations on your wedding). And a really big bonus is for the restaurant as there one can get not only traditional dishes but also Italian which almost everyone likes and alcohol. A parkin lot is maybe in 100 m which is great for medina.

JPまず建物がとても素敵です。伝統的な味わいのある雰囲気、色使いの建築物で、いくら写真を撮っても飽き足りないくらいでした。4月に訪れましたが、春の花盛りということもありなお鮮やかな空間でした。 お部屋はAl Azrakというスイートルームを利用しましたが、天井、窓、ドアなどの装飾、淡い色使いは目を見張るものがあります。個人差はあると思いますが、イタリアンレストランも併設されており、夜はまた異なった華やかさが感じられるところも心地よかったです（レストランは部屋から見下ろせる位置でしたが、騒々しさは全く感じませんでした）。 そしてシモ氏を始めとしたスタッフの皆さんはとてもフレンドリーでした。別途観光アクティビティを予約した際も、送迎のドライバーとコンタクトをとってくれたり、駐車場まで送ってくれたりしました。また朝早い出発に備えて、早めの朝食やタクシー手配などのリクエストにも応えていただき、写真にも、心にも残る素晴らしい滞在となりました。

AUFantastic Riad in excellent location. Luxury rooms and stellar common areas. The staff were exceptional throughout our stay, helped with multiple requests and did everything possible to make our stay perfect. The Italian restaurant Pepenero in the common area of the Riad was also excellent and a must-eat at if you stay. We stayed in the Al Akhdar suite which also comes with a private rooftop terrace which was exceptional for quiet afternoon escapes! Will absolutely return next time we're in Marrakesh!
GBThe riad was very beautiful, with lovely trees and exotic plants lining the pool. The staff were very professional. At the same time, they were friendly and welcoming. The riad is also home to the Italian restaurant Pepe Nero, and the food was absolutely delicious. I stayed in the single room and had part of the rooftop to myself, which was nice for relaxing after exploring the busy medina. The location of the riad is safe and easy to find, which is an added bonus as a solo female traveller. I loved the sound of the trickling water features and the birds whilst the restaurant was quiet. Guests are given complimentary mint tea and bottled water every day, which is a nice touch. A very pleasant stay..
I recommend that guests take earplugs. The restaurant plays music until it closes, and it is quite loud in the evening. I took earplugs, and so it wasn't a problem for me.
