Ho scelto questa struttura incuriosita dalle molteplici recensioni positive e non potevano essere più vere! Personale gentilissimo: ci sono venuti a prendere in stazione e ci hanno portato allo Snow Monkey Park. Anche la mattina della partenza ci hanno riportato in stazione. La struttura è molto bella e pulita e c'è la possibilità di fare l'onsen privato. La sera abbiamo scelto di cenare nel ryokan e non potevamo fare scelta migliore: tutto ottimo, abbondante e preparato in casa al prezzo di circa 35-40 € a testa (una cena così in Italia te la scordi a questo prezzo!). Veramente un'esperienza bellissima, da portare nel cuore ♥️

The owner of the ryokan was great. She was very friendly, answered all questions, drove us to the station and to the monkey Park and also did amazing breakfast and dinner. I can 100% recommend this ryokan. Thanks very much for taking care of us the last days! :)

The highlight of our trip to Japan. Beautiful family run Onsen with bespoke attention to detail to make you feel so welcome and cared for. Spectacular onsens (two to choose from), with personal time in each easily arranged. The host made us the quintessential traditional Japanese breakfast with a morning dessert to finish. The host then drove us to the monkey park and met us at the station afterwards with our baggage. Couldn't recommend this exquisite place anymore. Would love to come back one day.

"Authentischer Ryokan mit freundlichem Betreiberehepaar"

Sehr freundliche Betreiber, Transfer vom und zum Ryokan ist selbstverständlich, genau wie der Transfer zu den Schneeaffen; Essens- wünsche bei Frühstück und Abendessen wurden berücksichtigt; der große Onsen ist klasse und war sehr erholsam. Frühstück und Abendessen sind in typischem Style gehalten.

Les deux Onsens privatifs sont très agréables, les chambres extrêmement confortables, l'hôte était parfaite ! L'emplacement est idéal pour une nuit de déconnexion et de repos. Je conseil fortement à tout voyageur de séjourner ici une nuit au cours de son voyage. Le repas et le petit déjeuner sont très agréables et copieux.
