Property Notes

We do not accept groups of young adults in any of our properties. All our campgrounds are geared towards a family unit. On arrival at your accommodations our courier will collect your Good Housekeeping Deposit (€100 in cash). The purpose of this deposit is to ensure that all accommodations & equipment is returned to us at the same standard of cleanliness & functionality as which it was received on your arrival. In instances where the accommodations requires cleaning at the end of your stay, our couriers onsite have the authority to deducted €20 per hour from your deposit. The refund is at the courier’s discretion all departure procedures visits are done 48hrs before your departure leaving campground. Those who depart prior to 08:00 will have their deposit returned to them within 28 days of their departure from the campground by bank transfer.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Managed by a private host

Un camping de 10. Tot pensat per estar tranquils i còmodes amb criatures.

La piscina tenia moltíssim clor. Exagerat. Trigarem setmanes en recuperar els cabells. El personal del camping un 10 però els de la companyia que lloguen els bungalows (una d’elles) només parlen en anglès i tot el que tingui a veure amb l’allotjament has de gestionar-ho en anglès…

Wij hebben een fantastische vakantie gehad op Camping Castell Montgrí in L'Estartit. De camping is prachtig gelegen, goed onderhouden en biedt alles wat je nodig hebt voor een ontspannen verblijf. De faciliteiten zijn uitstekend en de sfeer is gezellig en familievriendelijk. Wat onze ervaring echter echt bijzonder maakte, was de professionele en gastvrije houding van de medewerkers. Vanaf het moment van aankomst werden we vriendelijk ontvangen en gedurende ons verblijf stonden zij altijd klaar om te helpen met vragen of verzoeken. In het bijzonder willen we Paula en haar man bedanken. Hun betrokkenheid, vriendelijkheid en professionaliteit maakten een groot verschil. Ze nemen echt de tijd voor de gasten, denken mee en zorgen ervoor dat iedereen zich welkom voelt. Hun warme en persoonlijke benadering straalt uit wat echte gastvrijheid betekent.
