Property Notes

We do not accept groups of young adults in any of our properties. All our campgrounds are geared towards a family unit. On arrival at your accommodations our courier will collect your Good Housekeeping Deposit (€100 in cash). The purpose of this deposit is to ensure that all accommodations & equipment is returned to us at the same standard of cleanliness & functionality as which it was received on your arrival. In instances where the accommodations requires cleaning at the end of your stay, our couriers onsite have the authority to deducted €20 per hour from your deposit. The refund is at the courier’s discretion all departure procedures visits are done 48hrs before your departure leaving campground. Those who depart prior to 08:00 will have their deposit returned to them within 28 days of their departure from the campground by bank transfer.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Managed by a private host

El càmping té molt bones instal·lacions i situació

Aquest any em va tocar un mobilehome que rebia el so dels espectacles que fan, karaoke, música DJ, i espectacles de la piscina principal. HORRIBLE... impossible descansar ni gaudir de l'estada...No crec que torni més.

Las instalaciones, el precio y lo bien integrado que está el camping en la naturaleza.

Que los trabajadores del Tour Operador Siesta Lifestyle no supieran ni Castellano ni Catalán. Nos hubiera parecido una señal de respeto y profesionalidad que hablarán un idioma del sitio donde trabajan y no sólo inglés.

Las actividades que hay para hacer durante todo el día y por la noche que también hay animación y discoteca.

Para mi opinión, faltó personal que hablará en español ya que la gran mayoría hablaba en inglés o francés (para darnos las llaves y comunicarnos con ellos era un poco complicado aunque hicieran por entenderte) y los monitores si que hablan español

Le personnel de l’accueil du camping, la propreté

Le bruit des véhicules de travail(tracteurs….) pour réaliser des nouveaux emplacements au détriment des personnes qui sont venus hors saison.Le manque de personnel francophone. Un grand dénivelé pour atteindre certaines infrastructures. Pas du tout adapté aux personnes à mobilité réduite.
