The camp itself is great, everything is there that you’d need if your travelling with kids although you’d want to go further afield after a bit. Theres different companies within Eurocamp, the one I booked with (Lifestyle) was different than the one family member booked with.

Some of the Spanish staff really don’t understand customer service, rude out of the gate. Some were friendly but when ordering or purchasing something I’d come to expect crankyness, like they don’t want to deal with customers. I observed how Spanish people dealt with this customer service which is to be rude back, which is weird. Also to add, as mentioned elsewhere the (mostly shite) music is pumping until late at night, for a family campsite this is also weird. Also go get your groceries outside of the camp where its less expensive.

Une belle structure, de beaux équipements. Camping immense, mais très bien équipé pour les petits comme pour les grands. Nous avons bien mangé. Nous avons apprécié qu'il y est encore des animations le soir.

Certaine personne du personnel pas forcément très aimable, surtout pour les glaces, face à la piscine.

M'ha agradat el Càmping, com sempre, són impressionants les seves instal·lacions i el funcionament de tot plegat. He de dir que la meva critica no va envers el Càmping sinó l'empresa estrangera que lloga els mobile home. Aquesta vegada s'han lluit.

La empresa dels mobile home, continua sense adreçar-se als clients ni en català, ni tampoc en espanyol. La cosa complica la comunicació en cas de problemes. És la segona vegada que vaig amb ells, la anterior va anara força bé, però aquesta NO. Els matalassos estaven bruts, els compartiments en general també bruts, però sobretot la dutxa tenia moho i brutícia acumulada per humitat, tot molt poc higiènic, ja el primer moment vaig haver de netejar tot amb lleixiu. No sé, no penso contractar aquests mobile mai més. Continuo dient que el Càmping és fabulós, però les empreses que gestionen els mobile fatals.
