NO Personnel, Hard to figure out how to get in with codes to open lock box, Keys were in lock box and after finally retrieving key from lock box, doors were hard to open!!! Room was Fine. Total key fiasco!!

Curtains where to small (10inch or so), so you could look into the room. The beth was old and not firm. When my wife lay down we had a steep incline to my side, so bad was it. Looks like all the photos on booking.com are from renovated rooms. Based on the curtains of the other rooms: only a thirth of the rooms have been renovated. For the price it was oké'ish, but we would not recommend the place.
USGreat location at the center of Buena Vista. Property is showing its age but bedding and towels were all clean and comfortable. It served its purpose.

Exterior could us a facelift but the rooms themselves are in very good condition. Bring your own hair dryer.
