Price was cheap. But, you get what you pay for!

No hot water, dead fly stuck to curtain, brown sticky stuff on the carpet, stains on the sheets, dried up black ooze coming through ceiling boards, lock latch broken, and there was an old sausage on the carpet tucked nicely under the bed frame (yes, you read that right...).
