Cheap basic motel, quiet, had a fridge and hot plate

It was a good location, right along the main road that was pretty central to all the places we wanted to see. The last who helped us was very warm and nice. Check-in and check-out was easy.

The listing was pretty misleading. The picture that came up showed 2 beds, when we got there, there was only one bed. There was lots of space, but the bathroom door didn't close properly, we had to use a shoe to keep the door closed. Parking was a little claustrophobic as well, and we could easily hear others in rooms nearby.

Directly on the road, very good value, clean.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. That's all I wanted for my quick stopover in Cache Creek. Plus, the gal who runs everything is kind and efficient. But the best part of the place is the owner's extremely friendly kitty. She brightened my morning as I packed my truck.

It's not fancy. It's definitely an economy location. But when all you want is a comfy bed and a clean room, it works perfectly.
