Guests must check-in before 22:00. To eat dinner and breakfast at the hotel, a reservation must be made at least 3 days in advance. The hotel may contact guests directly to request for an advance deposit. The hotel can accommodate guests with a large group. For more information, please contact the hotel directly. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Guests are requested to give the property a phone number in advance, on which they can be reached in Japan. Only Cottage - "Hidamari" and Cottage - "Nagomi" allow pets. Please note that pets will incur an additional charge of JPY 4,000 for small dogs, JPY 4,500 for medium dogs, JPY 5,000 for large dogs per day. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A deposit may be required at the property.
