Ryokan Nanjoen

房間非常的乾淨，服務人員態度也很親切

飯店的要求比較多，可能是為了維護品質，這無可厚非，所以可能不太適合小小孩

Charming ryokan nestled in an adorable village loaded with onsens. Service was amazing at the restaurant and food so good it was alone worth the trip

Staff couldn’t help with a restaurant reservation, a bit disappointing for a place this standing. English minimal.

Truly enjoyed our stay in Nanjoen - was a wonderful experience overall. The staff were so kind and thoughtful throughout our stay. The kaiseki meals (both breakfast & dinner) were great - would definitely recommend it. We enjoyed the onsen facilities as well. We drove here and there is ample parking space right outside the ryokan. It’s a very rustic and traditional ryokan but very clean & comfortable. Our room was very spacious and had great views of the valley. It’s located right in the middle of the onsen town. Definitely one of our better stays in Japan in recent times.

We had the family room for two adults and two kids, plus private bathroom and onsen. The location is really good and the staff were friendly.

We stayed for two nights and had both breakfast and dinner at the ryokan. There were lots of delicious items on the set menu both nights but there were also some more unfamiliar items. If I was staying again, I'd just do food for one night and one breakfast.
