Good location and nice room

No hot water in basin to shave

Gezellig winkeltje vast aan het hotel, en lekker/gezond ontbijt kan je bestellen (was niet bij in begrepen)

Het is enkel een slaapkamer en badkamer. Wat precies was wat we hadden geboekt. Alleen het nadeel was is dat we met een peuter van 2 jaar verbleven, omdat we maar 2 nachten bleven is dat meer dan prima te doen. Voor langer hadden we meer ruimte nodig gehad.

Close to the road. Maybe noisy . Small pool.

The rooms upstairs with balconies were ok. It’s very close to the action of JunganBatu

The rooms downstairs are very dark, and smell super funky. They tried to cover the smell with cleaning products but that chemical smell gave us headaches. It’s not the staff’s fault, it’s old plumbing in a developing country and no amount of cleaning can fix it. The pool looks quite lovely in the picture but in real life we were underwhelmed. The look was grotty at best.

The hotel is charming and the location was good for walking to restaurants and beach. Upstairs room was spacious with a nice balcony.

Rooms are not serviced which in itself is not a problem for me but our downstairs room smelled quite damp and was not super clean. You need to request for new towels and refills of water. Beds are very firm , not that comfortable when you are used to western hotel beds. The pool is way smaller than it looks in the pictures on hotel website, was ok for a quick plunge to cool off.
