Location was ok. Bit of a walk to main road.

Extremely Disappointing and Unacceptable Our stay at Linda Beach Hotel was incredibly disappointing and fell well below even basic expectations. Access to our room was via a very steep staircase, which felt unsafe, particularly when carrying luggage. This should be clearly disclosed to guests before booking. The room itself was in poor condition. There was visible mould in the bathroom, on the walls and on the curtains. Mould is not only unpleasant but also a serious health concern, and it was obvious that these issues had been present for some time. The air conditioner did not work, leaving the room hot and uncomfortable. When we raised this with staff, we were told the hotel had “run out of power” and were advised to keep the door shut. This response was frustrating and made little sense given the air conditioner wasn’t functioning. To make matters worse, the bathroom door was broken and could not be shut at all. What was most disappointing was not just the condition of the room, but the apparent lack of concern when these issues were reported. Guests should not have to stay in rooms with mould, broken fixtures and non-functioning air conditioning, nor should they be met with excuses instead of solutions. I would not recommend this hotel until significant improvements are made to cleanliness, maintenance and guest service. The photos speak for themselves.

Lage, Ausblick beim Frühstück, Banana-Pancake

Zimmer sind dunkel, Bad schmutzig, Zimmer riechen schrecklich. Am schlimmsten waren die Kissen. Diese haben fürchterlich gestunken. Wir haben sie tauschen lassen, aber das hatte auch keinen Zweck. Sie waren völlig unbrauchbar. Kakerlake von meinem Mann gesichtet. Moskitonetze fehlten. Schlösser für Schiebetüren nicht sicher. Wir wohnten im EG. Wir konnten wirklich alles hören, was die Gäste über uns taten. Wenn man selbst die Furze des Nachbarn hört, ist das schon unangenehm.

L’emplacement et la gentillesse du personnel

La douche, le manque de crochets dans la salle de bain, le bruit de construction pendant la journée (il construisent de nouvelles chambres sur le complexe).

L,'emplacement est idéal, le chemin dégoûtant. La propreté du linge laisse à désirer. Petit déjeuner impeccable 👍

Stairs to upper rooms scary angle ,not enough handrail, ground floor good, getting to the road has its moments, no direct path a bit of a walk with bags, no place for hanging clothes

Leaving was a good thing

Wayan who checked me in was breathing his bad cigarette breath on me while speaking rather fast about the breakfast menu & times of kitchen opening & closing etc. The times he told me for the kitchen turned out to be incorrect. I was charged $72 per nights stay on a room that was at best worth $25-$30 & that’s being generous. The bed did not have the canopy or posted bed at all as pictured in all the photographs of the bedrooms on the booking site. The gaps between the connecting rooms was large enough to see into the rooms, the floor boards moved rather badly, no block out curtains so could barely sleep due to lights outside my room that I couldn’t turn off. The broken glass on bathroom door. The shower was up rather high & not adjustable to aim at your body. Instead it hits at the wall. The door to the actual room didn’t lock properly. I thought I was going to be electrocuted by the light switch that was flickering and making buzzing sounds when I turned it on. The switch fell off to the ground when turning it off. The bed side lamp didn’t work. I requested the staff member to stop the loud sweeping with the stick broom (swish swish swish) out front of my room at 7am while I was sleeping which they continued to sweep like I didn’t exist. The Caesar salad I ate there had far too much dressing on it which made it taste terrible. The garlic bread was brought out to me after I reminded them after my salad was finished due to not receiving it. Breakfast what a joke that was, the continental breakfast they offer is two pieces of toast one orange juice, a cup of tea or coffee with bowl of fruit. After waiting over 15 minutes, I enquired with a staff member as to how much longer it would be & I was asked if I had ordered. If staff members do not understand guests then they should ask other staff members to assist in helping to understand or not work there at all. I want my money back
