Centrally located easy to get to by bike from anywhere on the island - but on such a small island it’s hard not to be in a central location. The property is very beautiful and cute, the pool and surrounding outdoor area is very nice and aesthetic. They have a beautiful and well behaved cat. Lombok coffee served with breakfast was good. Free water refill at reception was appreciated. We got some free beers for the hot water issue.

Unfortunately the staff let this place down. Very sneaky and deceitful. Firstly, the evening of the day we arrived we discovered we had no hot water when we went to shower. This was about 5 hours after we checked in. After asking the staff how to turn on the hot water, they advised they were aware our hot water wasn’t working but they hadn’t been able to fix it because we checked in 🤯 - why not tell us this at check in and see what we wanted to do? It’s almost as if they were hoping we wouldn’t notice and they could sneakily fix it the next day or something. Very very strange. By the time we noticed it was too late and dark and it was only fixed the next day. Then a couple of days later we had our bikes we had hired from another place parked at the property. We went to go out in the evening and discovered one of the bikes missing - turns out the staff or a friend had “borrowed” it. They came back not long later but we thought this was very unprofessional and disrespectful behaviour. If something had happened to the bike we would have been liable for that, it was not theirs to take, they hadn’t asked and again seemed they were hoping we simply wouldn’t notice and trying to see what they could get away with. Other than this the breakfast options are just average, room had a really bad smell coming from the bathroom especially the first night. Mosquitos in the room and room doesn’t seem to be properly sealed, no mosquito net provided. The room is not as described- the amenities listed on this site included fridge, minibar, sound proof, wardrobe, bed over 2m long - we had none of that. Room is very small and wouldn’t fit much more than a double bed. Overall I expected more from this stay based on the price, description and reviews.

-Staff were sweet. -Breakfast was nice. -Looks like there use to be a lot of love and social atmosphere here some time ago. -Gorgeous cats on the property.

-No hot water, told staff it was briefly fixed and then the next day back to no hot water. -Strange men coming on to the property looked like staff didn’t know them either, felt uncomfortable to go for a swim would be uncomfortable as a solo female traveller. -Somebody else’s toothbrush in bathroom when we arrived, few stains on the bedding.

Echamos de menos un minibar. Por las noches y muy temprano había mucho ruido. Hay un establo al lado y el personal ponía la música muy alta a cualquier hora. Un día estuvieron cantando alto hasta las 2 am

Der var en afslappet, hyggelig stemning og personalet og ejeren var helt fantastiske og ville gøre alt for at gøre opholdet helt perfekt. Man kunne ikke høre partyområdet, så det var godt. Til gengæld blev man vækket til hestevrinsk og hanegal i baghaven om morgenen, men det var hyggeligt. Vi elskede det og ville booke igen hvis vi kommer tilbage.

Vi kunne lide det hele. Vi kunne godt have brugt et lille køleskab, men så ville de jo ikke sælge noget i baren, så det var fint.

El desayuno estaba increible , recomiendo los banana pancakes . Todo el personal nos trató increíble y aconsejo sobre que hacer. La ubicación es perfecta, en un lugar tranquilo pero cerca de la playa

The staff were so Welcoming and helpful with everything, it was spotlessly clean and beds etc were comfortable. We would definitely come back here the kids loved it and breakfast was good.
