Downtown Motel 7

Check in was a breeze. I paid days before and it was all taken care of when I arrived. Peter was an excellent, he was friendly, and accommodating! We have stayed few times before and it’s always great.

The clerk at the desk had an attitude toward me because he charged me twice and said I missed my reservation He made this mistake and then claim I didn’t in for my reservation I was in room 241 but my friend had to leave early

Close to downtown area and the NOS event center

I absolutely did not like anything about it. The front desk workers were not respectful and the room had a very bad odor of cigarettes and dirt. The floor was dirty and bed was not so clean either. The curtains had holes in them and the door did not close all they way. The key only worked the first day and didn’t work the second day. the microwave was outside and it was really sketchy. there was some kind of metal thing under the bed. there was graffiti on the bed frame. it also did not have a smoke detector and the toilet was very dirty. the mini fridge was really dirty and smelly. it was also very pricing for the quality that it was.
