The person who helped me in the front was very helpful I wanted a nonsmoking room and that’s what I got . It was clean and thank god there was no cockroaches. It is close by to the nos center which made me happy !!!! I’ll definitely book again here. It was peaceful , I didn’t see any homelessness or any drug addicts around this hotel. I felt safe.

"Not in good area of town, or I would have rated a bit higher"

I can see that the owners have tried to fix this place up but it's in a bad part of town and I didn't feel really safe here. To be fair, the manager helped as much as he could but there's still lots of work needed on this hotel. The doors seemed to be sandblasted and needed to be refinished on the outside. Unfortunately the entrance was difficult to get into because of all the construction---probably temporary, but still frustrating. I just can't recommend.
