Everything need to be improved While the staff were friendly, they have no customer service skills. The room was dirty, and the toilet was disgusting. There was no WiFi or towels, and the description on the website promised a garden view, but there was no garden. There was also no hot water, even after waiting more than 30 minutes with the shower on hoping the hot water will come. I ended up having a cold shower. I had to request additional pillowcases because the ones provided were dirty. When I changed them, I noticed the pillows themselves were filthy. Overall, it was a terrible experience
