Staff were wonderful and helpful. All instructions were given clearly. Support was provided in relation to when I needed to check out, and where I could park my car etc. Very knowledgeable of the area and surrounds to assist me.

That keys are dropped in to the mail box for all check outs. It was a bit difficult to drop them back to the main office, but when I phoned about this, they suggested the mail box drop. I think this should be standard.

Location was great, we were attending a 4 day event at the MCEC, so it was super close to the centre. Comfortable beds, clean & Spacious

No lock on the bathroom door. Annoying that you have to go to an office offside to collect keys, when you don't have a car. We were lucky we were able to put our bags in a cloak room, would have been super annoying to drag our bags on a 2km round trip to get the keys. Staff were friendly when we did collect them though.

Spacious and well appointed apartment. Large tv and great views. Short walk to Crown Casino and IGA supermarket. Free car parking bay.

A little noisy and the bathroom a bit smallish as it accommodates the washing machine, sink and dryer. None of this bothered us but it may annoy others.

14th floor so view was lovely. Property size was good too.

Took over 30mins to collect keys as there was no parking available and we had to collect offsite. Drove around the block 10 times with no luck - had to send 16yo in to collect and pay security deposit while I waited in car (in no parking spot) Not fun after driving 8hrs to get to location. Washing machine didn’t work so had to leave with wet clothing (got stuck on wash cycle mid way thru) no clothes airer to dry clothes. Clothes so drenched, dryer didn’t even help as clothes to full of water. Couldnt access pool for entire 3 day stay as keys to the pool gate didn’t work. Host meet us on site day 2 and no master keys worked either. (X3 disappointed kids 😞) We were offered another buildings pool which we used x1 night but could only access if we met host about 15min walk away. Not convenient. Balcony door wouldn’t latch properly. X1 blind not working in lounge + none of the cords were secured or meet safety standards (choking hazard if hve young children - lucky mine all teens / preteens) No air con in bedrooms x1 unit to living rooms only. Apartments gets very hot in afternoon. Wouldn’t be ideal in the middle of summer. We had a breeze in the evening so was ok for our stay.

Love this unit! Comfort, communication, location, amenities.
