The location being almost across from Crown entertainment and the Convention Centre. Was happy to have a nice size apartment in this location with a carpark.

A little noisy as only single glazed windows, but managed to sleep ok.

Ideal location for Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre. Literally a 5 minute walk into the venue via the basement car park. Close to Southbank shops, restaurants & casino. Great views of CBD.

Despite the high floor we found it quite noisy due to poorly insulated windows. Price on the high side, especially given there's only one bathroom. $500 bond deduction was excessive for a 2 night stay.
