"Pésima experiencia"

No está ubicado en la zona que dice estar, supuestamente está al lado del centro comercial Gran Estación (esa es la ubicación que ponen en booking) cuando realmente está ubicado en corferias, como a 10min en carro. Aparte de eso el hotel y las habitaciones no son como las muestran en las fotos, son completamente distintas y están en mal estado aparte de sucias (habían pelos en el baño). Me cobraron una noche de estadía en la que no me quedé (supuestamente porque ya había reservado) y no hubo manera de que me devolvieran el dinero.

Awesome if you want experience the adrenaline of needing to find a new place to stay because they cancel your booking in a short notice

The lack of professionalism, cancelling a reservation with less the 12h and without even given a valid reason or alternative.
