Flexibilidad con el horario de ingreso, limpieza del lugar, ubicacion en una zona tranquila

Desayuno para nada agradable.. teniendo uno de los mejores cafes del mundo estaba feo.. aguado encima frio... y la mujer q lo preparaba poca voluntad.. El lugar no tiene agua para beber... (en colombia el agua de los grifos no se puede beber) tenes q comprar el agua q quieras beber.. ellos venden botellitas chiquitas a 5.000 COP... carisimo siendo q es algo vital q deberian brindar.. si no tenes dinero no podes tomar agua.... malisimo.. La habitacion q nos dieron en planta baja no tiene ventilacion.. ni una ventana, ni nada.

Ubicación. Centros comerciales muy cercanos. Muy buena ubicación para ir a conciertos. Cerca a restaurantes. Perfecto para un par de noches.

El ruido que producen los empleados temprano en la mañana (musica en celulares, llamadas, mensajes de voz...). Podrían hacer sus labores considerando a los huéspedes, especialmente habitación detrás de la recepción

Todo estaba muy lindo, la decoración del hotel era hermosa y muy limpio el lugar, cada cama tenía su toalla correspondiente y en la recepción fueron muy amables
