I've been going here for awhile now and I've always had great customer service and experience. Plus I get to pay in cash and without a deposit.

Some of the people in the area weren't the greatest.

Area not that safe (homeless guy knocked on our door asking for soap), bathroom has no door, not enough soap (couldn't spare any to the homeless guy)

Not Applicable - our July 13, 2023 paid reservation was not honored due to over-booked rooms on Oct 6, 2023

Oct 6, 2023 was the Townhouse Motel reservation - a 1.4 mile walk from the train station. We purposely looked for a motel within walking distance. We pre-paid (required for one-night stay) for a room via credit card on July 13, 2023 through Booking.com Motel owner said there was no room for us - said Booking.com had over-booked the reservations for Oct 6th, 2023.
