Townhouse Motel - West Sacramento

This hotel is infested with cockroaches badly to the point when you turn the lights off and turn them back on after 6 or 10 minutes and there's more than 15 of them on the floor and wall

The cockroaches and dirtiness of the room itself

I got to the Motel very late and when I checked in , the man at the window said I didn't have reservations which was wrong and try to show him booking reservations he wouldn't look at confirmation that I had made. So I ended up staying outside on the streets.

I tried to show him my confirmation numbers and he wouldn't look at my phone so he's saying it didn't show in his computer but I have confirmation number and I ended up on the streets called outside it shows that it took the money out my account and I would like a refund soon as possible thank you

Well I checked in late and they did not allow a late check out and when I wanted to stay over and use a coupon they wanted me to check out and then come back at 3:00 p.m. from 11:00 a.m. that's a long time I don't know why I couldn't have the same room.

It was the first time I stayed here looking through super and I had a coupon for half off which was $30 and it would not apply the $30 coupon and they were wanting to charge me full price and I never even stayed at the hotel because it just didn't seem to work out the room booking or anything.

It's peaceful and quiet here.

I'm completely satisfied with the townhouse motel.

Nothing about it, I had to ask for sheets on arrival because sheets on bed had been changed so he offered me a comforter also. The mattress are worn out look & feels over 10 years old cigarettes holes in mattress large one headboard written on Than I got ready to take shower the handle fell off on top of that they were knocking on my door while raining around 10:30 am ck. out time is at 11 .It was a horrible stay also they don’t have second latch on door for safety and people were walking all night by there on side walk .I never stay there again.I rather sleep in car .
