It was great having waffles for breakfast. It would be greatly appreciated if they can have waffle batter pre-mixed

Great location right outside of Lava. Nice breakfast and good to sit out on the river

The pictures online made this property look more appealing than it was. The bed qas very comfortable and there's a nice big tv, but the bathroom was tiny, with mineral scale covering everything and it just didn’t look clean. There was a weird smell in the room, like fake cleanser, but it wasn't pleasant. I wouldn't stay here again, even for the reasonable price.

The location was beautiful right next to the river. The room was beautiful with a front and back door. I loved the back porch it had a fire pit and chairs. The best part was the view of green grass, river with rolling hills. The fire dance on Friday was amazing.

Not walking on the side of a highway to get to lava. Drive or Uber if needed.

This property was great for area and price.

Great location about 3 minutes from town, pretty scenery on the river, great price, nice breakfast, and clean rooms. Highly recommend!
