This was less than 5 minute drive from town and the municipal hot springs. They stay open until 11:00pm so we were able to go at night and again in the morning. Great breakfast. Highly recommended.

the property was sub par not as listed I think there is mold in the bathroom ...never recommend Lost Trail or Expedia

The property owner is clearly trying but attention to detail was poor. Toilet seat was broken, dirty, mismatched and missing cups/utensils. Patio was covered in debris. Beds and pillows were clean and comfortable. Fire pit was nice at the end of the night.

The room was tiny and dated but the beds were comfortable and the property was beautiful. Our stay was definitely enjoyable.

It was your average hotel room. The water in the bathroom sink barely trickles out. Didn’t try the shower. It's in a nice location on the Portneuf River. Beach access is nice.
