Quiet neighborhood near a major city, just out of the way enough and inexpensive to make it more than worthwhile.

Only one clean towel provided in the bathroom. Nitpicky, which shows how overall the experience was quite good.

Seperate entry was good.

The place was clean and nicely maintained.

The part we didn't like the most is that the host's family didn't care much about our stay. There were sounds and screams coming till late 11 pm at night. We have to message them to please let us sleep. Accessories were missing or not in working condition like there was no iron, hair dryer didn't work. The furniture was not of good quality, especially dining chairs.it seems to be light and cheap, we were afraid to sit on it as it might break.

The host had never answered and replied to our messages.. And then, the room was chilly because the heat machine didn’t work well…

Practical choice on a budget, fire place is warming and comforting, enough room for everybody. Extra heaters are also provided. Water is nice and warm. Toilets work good too. Also toiletries were provided. We were tired soo we pretty had a good sleep. All we needed. Nice warm place to crash.

Location is a challenge , gps gives us diffrent address as there were a few of 156 arbours😂we drove around all of them before we found the place. Parking is extra,cant park at front garage. It might be easier in the summer though. I have two boys and quite a handful, get excited in a new place have to remind them most of time to be quiet.Then we hear banging from upstairs. And tiny footsteps, could be dog☺️and then theres opening or closing drawers or doors. My boys thought they were ghosts😂. Also towels were rough and does not smell clean, i dont bring towels and have to use ones they have. Maybe a bath mat also tub gets slippery during shower. I like hot drink in the morning coffee is there but did not see any creamers and sugar or tea bags? So have to rush out to get it.

Our stay was not the best, the place was clean and tidy, but extremely cold, so cold that we had to go out to buy more heaters. I know the temperature in Calgary was below than the normal, but I imagine if I were the owner, I would check the local temperature condition to see if it was appropriate for one person to stay.
