"We did NOT stay in the Safari Gate Hotel. Our sleeping arrangements were mediocre, and sub par."

The food was good but we had to wait over an hour and a half for the food.

We were “bumped” out of the hotel and put up in a mediocre facility that used to be a resort. The place was very dirty, rooms had not water and very inferior in standards and without a restaurant. We had been reassured that the to hotels were comparable. But they were not! A very disappointing experience as far as the accommodation was concerned.

Very helpful staff. no complaints

pool water tastes very acidy. Dont be in a rush for breakfast, takes a while, very kind staff.
