I liked the breakfast and the size of the room

Having to wait for hours each time having dinner at the hotel restaurant...probably a Burundi thing...

I loved the staff! Everyone from desire at the front desk to the amazing gentleman who I don't know his name who helped me get a hippo tour (he worked the night shift) and the breakfast staff and even the cleaner was so amazing !

I loved the garden and access to the lake. The staff are very helpful

The breakfast was the same everyday. The menu was very limited

The property is okay.. quite clean and neat. It’s okay if travelling for work.

I message them days prior to the trip on booking.com to ask if I can get an airport pick up and they didn’t reply so I had to make my own arrangements.They replied me when I was already there which made no sense. Should modernise the place. Fix the menu. There was also instances of power cut at night.
