The location was wonderful very convenient The lounge suite was comfortable The bathroom was okay, good shower pressure

I didn’t like that there wasn’t reverse cycle heating/cooling just a free standing heater which wasn’t enough on a cold night . Imagine staying there in summer . This is the first place in Merimbula that I have stayed at which didn’t have this and I have been coming to Merimbula for a very long time . The bed was also uncomfortable too hard

Lovely location

False advertising, couldn't call it an apartment, more like a grotty motel unit. On arrival walked in and were totally disgusted at this run-down joint. Rang the manager and told him we weren't staying. He said ring Booking.com and spoke to a very pleasant call centre lady. Told her our disappointment and said we wanted a full refund and she agreed. We had already paid $500 and went to Surfside units and for the same amount got a lovely unit

The faculties for the place as per the photographs listed are not the same There is just one electric heater , the toilet and kitchen taps have seperate mixers for hot and cold which no longer exist I think Overall the place stinks

Great location

Apartment was like an icebox. Only 1 x small heater for whole apartment. A cake of soap for the shower would have been nice.

IThe location was excellent, and the room was spacious and comfortable. Also, the laundry room’s washing machines were free to use at any time, which was very convenient. Unlike accommodations where the owner or manager is constantly watching over guests, the relaxed atmosphere that allowed for a free and easy stay was truly enjoyable.

It doesn't have a hair dryer.

The bed was really comfy, great location and view of the lake

Kitchen and bathroom were a bit outdated but comfortable enough

Very clean and great location. Great value for money. Booklet had great recommendations for dinner and we were not disappointed with their suggestions.

No tea or coffee, or hair dryer. No biggie was just a minor inconvenience. The heater might need attention as the plug gets very hot. Gets quite cold in the room at night.

Great position directly opposite main ocean inlet

Unit was very tired, in need of refurbishing. Bedroom curtains were threadbare, couch was uncomfortable, cobwebs on rear door. Photos on website were years old. No wi-fi in unit, we had to go into back yard to log on.
