Beds were as hard as Stone ,bring a mattress topper ! Otherwise all good very helpful with bringing bags to 3rd for ,attentive everyday asking if we need towels .friendly

Close to beach. Staff friendly. Clean.

The only issue for us was the HARD beds! My husband had to sleep on hide a bed in living room, i was only able to sleep by lining pillows on the bed and sleeping on them! The mattresses were like boards.

The location is beach front. Short walk down the little wooden boardwalk behind the pool area. Little designated street parking/lot but somehow had the same parking spot open for us to use for 4 days. (I think has 1 car limit per room/booking) Showers/hose to rinse off at road and before entering pool off. Large pool, very kid & family friendly. Grills, many table seating with umbrellas. Free large ice machines!! Rooms pretty much sound proof unless we didn’t have neighbors but it was packed.

Shared balconies (most rooms) Outdated rooms/tv. Small bathroom. Thin comforters / thin blankets. ALL CLEAN! Usually I don’t like the cleaning staff to come in when I’m not there but I didn’t see a do not disturb sign provided. I didn’t ask though, and no big deal. They did a great job. Our TV in the living room only worked sometimes, rarely. But we told the owner about it after checking out and he seemed apologetic and enthusiastic to check it out. Seemed a bit overpriced too, we paid about 1,500 for a Thursday 4pm check in - Monday 11am check out. (4th of July weekend probably didn’t help) But we just stayed in a beach front AirBnB in Puerto Rico for 7 nights in May, for about 1,300 without room service there.

Was there with my 4 children and nephew.My other daughter was staying elsewhere.they came to meet me at my hotel so we can all go to beach together and my son in law asked if he could park on property . Owner Said no only 1 car per room.since he seen them he must of assumed I was having more guest and was literally watching us to the point it was very uncomfortable.Even his friends or regulars that was there were watching us.

My room needed some attention: ceiling fan not working, weak flush toilet, coffee filters not provided, leaky coffee maker, noisy AC

The hotel was very very clean and the room was just perfect. Staff was great and all in all it totally exceeded our expectations. View of the beach was also lovely and we had an excellent time! I highly recommend this place.

As a single mom traveling with a small child I had to carry luggage, cooler and kids bags of activities up 3 flights of stairs.
