"Fantastic little find we would definitely return."

The couple that runs the motel were fantastic. They were friendly, kind and very helpful. The beds and pillows were comfortable. It was very conveniently located about three minutes from the garden of the gods and near pikes Peak. The entire property was clean. They had chairs provided outside the room to enjoy the outdoors. The spa was clean. The pool was beautiful and warm. Everything looked well maintained. I would definitely stay here again.

Ideal for exploring Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs and Colorado Springs. On the main bus route with a Mexican across the road and lots of other restaurants within walking distance. Fabulous swimming pool and hot tub.

"Exceptionally clean and comfortable"

Was very clean, the owner was very friendly. Poland hot tub were clean and well maintained. Rooms were spotless and bed was comfy. Overall was a great little motel.
