Couldn't travel on original date booked. Property said I could change dates at no extra cost. However when tried to check the booking a couple of days before they were completely non contactable - emails bounced back & phone is not a valid number. They have taken my money & I have nowhere to stay. Booking.com are going to attempt to get me a refund so we'll see. Not a good experience.

Quiet location next to the sea. Plenty of room in the mobile home and parking right next to it. Cooking facilities.

This could be a really nice place to stay if the owner took a little time to check things and remedying them would be very inexpensive. On arrival, discovered there was no toilet paper, so had to drive into the nearest town to buy some. Owner could have left, at least one. Could not get a signal on either TV, so we were effectively without TV the whole stay. Informed the owner but nothing was done. This could be rectified, I think, with an inexpensive booster. The accommodation should not be advertised as having a TV until this has been done. Microwave was rusty on the seals and needs replacing. Clock not working, as battery needed replacing. I The day before we left, the gas ran out, so we could not cook, nor have any hot water. Informed owner and they told us to switch bottles but the other one was also empty, so had to have a cold shower. The place was extremely hot and no fan provided.

Location for beach / mountain biking

Nothing it was peaceful simply no unwanted frills ( hot tub ) etc

Great size , comfortable, clean Well equipped kitchen, great shower / bed .

Just one gripe , the guy who lives in the caravan opposite parking his car right near the bedroom / toilet window Outside shows a patio dining set . No outside furniture

The caravan itself inside was lovely, clean, and fresh, Heather was fab and sorted our tv issues out asap on the day we arrived in bad weather as we had to stay in it was so stormy so we could watch tv

The outside area, no outside seating as in the pics, just a table, slightly sad as we had a good days weather and couldn’t sit out to eat/chill, but if there are chairs etc it’ll be lovely, also our own fault, we didn’t research enough on the area and it was a little too remote for us

Spacious, clean and had absolutely everything you need for an enjoyable relaxing stay. The site itself was very well laid out and was the perfect base for exploring the lakes.

I am unable to state any information about the property, but I can state what service I recieved from the owner.

Communication and some form of responsibility taken by the owner in regards to a cancellation made by the owner. I booked a 3 night stay on the same day of travel. The property was a 2 and a half hour drive from my home, 1 hour into our journey I received a txt message from the owner stating that the caravan was not available and that I would have to take it up with booking.com. I tried to call the owner for more clarifation or advice as the money had already beem taken out of my bank and I had never had this happen before and I have booked numerous same day accommodation. The owner ignored my calls and she ignored booking.com calls as they needed clarification from the owner before they could refund me. After 1 hour on the phone to booking.com who was trying to contact the owner after no luck they said they said they would still refund me but ill have to wait a week at least, the owner showed no empathy towards the situation, myself and my partner had to travel home as we couldn't get alternative accommodation due to wasting almost 4 hours in total trying to fix the Situation with no input from the owner. I understand that these things happen but some professionalism from the owner would have went a long way and saved myself a few hours.

lovely clean caravan,the double bed was so comfortable

there was a table outside but no chairs? such a shame as we had lovely weather and to come back in the evenings from visiting the lakes and to just sit outside would of topped off a lovely weekend break!

Absolutely beautiful view of the mountain. It was also clean. Will definitely visit again.
