PONDEROSA B&B with free onsite parking and breakfast included

My gosh possibly the best hosts I have ever encountered. Nothing is to much trouble for them and they will go above and beyond to make your stay perfect.

What lovely friendly hosts at this perfect little b&b. We have found our place whenever we visit Blackpool that's for sure. The spotless and beautifully decorated room & ensuite both equipped with Everything you could possibly need and more ! I especially enjoyed the chocolate bars 😜 with my brew (kettle, tea/coffee /hot choc & mini fridge with fresh milk and bottles water included ) Well stocked little bar area, and lovely outside seating area where we enjoyed a beer & wine. Breakfast was good a choice of cereals, fresh juice and toast with a full English 😋 Onsite parking was massive bonus ... Thanks Billy & Julie for the warmest welcome, we will be back, and will recommend your lovely b&b to all....till next time.

Hosts were warm and friendly. Pretty room with en-suite. Lots of lovely little extras to make your stay comfortable. Very nice breakfast and having on site parking was a great bonus.

Provision of de-caff coffee would be a good addition.

Easy to navigate to. Very welcoming hosts. Fabulous little front garden to sit in the sun. Parking included! Lots of little thoughtful extras. Hangers in the wardrobe. Lovely breakfast in a very pleasant room A great find for Blackpool!

Julie and Billy are excellent hosts. They made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. We stayed in a deluxe room which was bigger than most rooms in Blackpool. It was spotless. There were so many extras like a table & chairs, fridge with water and fresh milk and a mini tray with ‘sweet treats’. The bathroom too was very large and had many extras like soap, cotton buds, shower cap etc.. Breakfast was plentiful. An added bonus of free parking on site completed a fantastic stay and we are looking forward to our next visit.

Julie and billy make you so welcome so much so you wouldn’t go anywhere else. They are down to earth spend time with all the guests. We wouldn’t go anywhere else x the breakfast is excellent you never leave hungry.

Very clean and comfortable, billy and Julie were fantastic hosts,and Billy even took us to the train station when we were going home Breakfast was amazing, everything that you would want. All was very good, nothing to complain about. Would definitely go back

Nothing — we genuinely had a lovely stay and felt very well looked after.

We loved everything about our stay. We were greeted on arrival by Billy & Julie and were offered tea/coffee and biscuits and sat down and had a lovely chat. Our room was the accessible room on the ground floor which was great. Comfy bed, plenty of towels and good shower. Lots of lovely biscuits in our room and plenty of tea and coffee and milk. You could have a top up of anything each day if needed. Breakfast was lovely a full English each day and there were also cereals, yogurt and juice. After breakfast Billy & Julie joined us and we had a great chat and with the other guests. Everyone was made to feel so welcome. We were there for the Northern Soul weekender and the other guests were too so we were like a family. Nothing is too much trouble for Billy & Julie. Another bonus is free parking on site and the accommodation is so close to town. We are going back again later in the year it was so good.
