Billy & Julie were amazing hosts, nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was amazing 10/10 and the B&B was spotless. Comfy beds. Lovely people.

Excellent communication prior to arrival. Parking is a huge benefit. The room was immaculate, very spacious and extremely comfortable. Breakfast was absolutely perfect and the breakfast room/bar was lovely. Julie and Billy were fantastic hosts. Overall an amazing place to stay - will definitely be my first choice for accommodation if I stay in Blackpool again.

Julie and Billy are fantastic hosts - very friendly and informative.Our room was spotless and the shower excellent. Breakfast is superb. Parking is on site and easily accessible. WiFi is very good and free.

On arrival the hosts Julie and Billy made us a drink and sat and chatted with us, what a lovely couple they are, everthing about our stay was perfect we could'nt fault it, we would definitely stay there again.

Everything about our stay was 'spot on'. The room was spotless with everything fresh & clean, even down to the small accessories on offer like cotton buds, pads & wipe to a small fridge with complimentary water, milk & biscuits. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom modern & spacious. Julie & Billy were true hosts, very social with nothing being too much trouble. The off road parking was a key requirement for us too.

Not Applicable! I couldn't find fault with anything during our stay.

Everything , the owners are amazing , we felt like we was at home , it had everything you could think of even down to make up remover wipes for my wife. The owners Julie and billy are amazing and the rooms are spotless and the breakfast is amazing. We will definitely be back . Thank you
