PONDEROSA B&B with free onsite parking and breakfast included

This is the best b and b in Blackpool as Soon as you walk through the door the owner's Julie and Billy offer you tea or coffee. And chat to you like they have known you forever. The rooms are immaculate with little snacks on the table, And toiletries even Face wipes for us women 🥰 we have even booked for next December already as it is popular and gets booked up. The advantage of free car parking at hotel too is a godsend. Breakfast is amazing all freshly cooked and hot. Julie and Billy go above and beyond to make Ur stay the best.

Nothing at All

Had a lovely stay. Julie & Billy were fab hosts and went out of their way to make us feel at home. On a wet miserable day, the cup of tea on arrival was a cracking brew. The room was clean, comfortable, and the extra touches (christmas bedding, gonk, decorations, toiletries, biscuits) were beautiful, little things that made us smile. English breakfast was delicious and set us up for the day. The location was quiet being slightly out of the centre of Blackpool however still close enough, quick walk to the main sights. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it. Added benefit of parking to the side.

Nothing, only wish we had stayed longer than the 1 night.

Julie and Billy were incredibly welcoming throughout our stay. The bedroom was a good size, with a very comfortable bed and a good sized ensuite. And the added extras were brilliant - they'd thought of everything you could possibly need in the room. Add to that the full English breakfast each morning, which set us up for the day ahead, along with the company of the other residents who were all very friendly. Julie and Billy couldn't do enough to ensure our stay was perfect. We'll definitely book again. Allocated parking was also a big bonus.

Parking was great. Room was large clean and comfortable.

The room came with breakfast but this was only served from 8am untill 9am,, (on a Sunday!). I feel this is far to early and will mean a lot of guests will not be able to have breakfast. Plus check out was 10am. Also to early. Check out should be 11am with breakfast served until 10:30am, (even if they did continental breakfast until 10:30am and cooked breakfast until 10am that would be great) With the above changed I would score 10/10.

Brilliant stay with Julie and Billy they couldn't do enough for you they are fantastic hosts the room was absolutely gorgeous very comfy bed and lovely bedding room was spotless and had everything in it you needed for your stay they made you feel like family we will definitely be back this hotel is a hidden gem . Breakfast was really well cooked and tasty plenty of coffee and toast.
